Trouble accessing free gems on Castle Clash

I'm playing Castle Clash on my phone and I am trying to do the free offers through Tap Joy to get free gems. The problem I'm having though is when I click on FREE GEMS, I get an error message stating "Webpage not available" and that it might be down or moved. I tried playing on a friend's tablet and I was able to access the free gems so I know it's working. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? Any help would be much appreciated.

If you have an ad blocker installed, that could be stopping it. My ad blockers doesn't allow me to do tapjoy offers.
