The game was hackable, but it seems they patched the game and protected those values.

They probably did it by adding some arbitrary number to the Gold value, so it is not found anymore by GG.

This most probably means the game can't be hacked in traditional way, some reverse engineering would have to be done, either on the libRealRacing3.so, or on any of games save files, or data files - like changing the price of car to -1000 gold coins. All relevant files I could find are binary.

 

Price of cars and upgrades could be manipulated by GG in runtime I guess, but those values don't change so it would be very hard to find them.

 

Please let me know if anybody is interested in this work or if you have any additional suggestions.
