This guide goes with the

To backup your Android ID, so as to not lose it if you are changing it, follow the below steps:

  1. Open Titanium Backup (For installation instructions, see the thread linked above).
  2. Press the search button on your device, which will give you the below screen:

  4. In the box, search "setting", and you will need to click on the "Settings Storage" result, as shown below:

  6. Clicking this will give you something like:

  8. Tap on the entry:

  10. Tap on "Backup!".

Now, If you need to restore your Android ID, follow the below steps.

  2. Press the menu key on your phone. You will see a menu like this once you scroll down:

  4. Now, click on the "Manage Android ID ..." in the menu.
  5. You will see something like this, only a different device ID:

Once you have gotten this far, press "Restore Android ID from backup".

You will see something like this, except with a different device name:
