Coin Master Value Reverts After Changing

I recently started playing Coin Master, and I thought it would be fun to change the value so I could get to a high level village. I did manage to locate the value using game guardian search, but when I change it, nothing happens. So I tried freezing the value at normal and it did change, but it was only visually, the actual purchasing power still was the same, effectiviely doing nothing. Can someone help me with this please? Thanks so much.
