The sims freeplay offline mod?

Yesterday I downloaded the sims freeplay version 2.3.13 from a website.It said the game was modded for unlimited money and can be played offline.I downloaded both apk and data despite my poor connection.It took me 6 hours to download it.I turned off my data,installed apk and put data to said location.I launched app but it said my game files were out of date and needed to update.I don't know why this happen.Even without internet connection how can it run update search?Any idea or ways to make my downloaded game playable without internet?

Yep. You must re download the newest version of the game.

The modded apk can't be updated automatically, because it's a modded.

Check the latest version on play store. Then find the following modded apk with the latest version.
