Vphonegaga V3.7.5 Playstore pending problem

I just subscribed to monthly VIP and installed the latest version of Vphonegaga V3.7.5. The installation went smoothly; however, when I try to download apps from the Play Store, it gets stuck in the "pending" state forever.

I have tried reinstalling a few times, but the issue persists. Can someone please help? thanks a lot
