Evil Lands has me Stuck

Well, I just started playing this game and it seems like I’m going in circles.  I can’t seem to level up the blacksmith, so I can’t improve my equipment. I joined Game Guardian to see about improving my chances with coins, gems and resources in order to balance out my character. Seriously, I’m a level 34 Mage wearing a level 1 cloak, for crying out loud!  I’m getting killed every time I leave a town, and it’s wearing thin. Can anyone explain to me how this site can help me inside the Evil Lands game?
