 find the value normally, then tap the value, then tap "go to" then select the value and libnative-lib.so, then tap "calculate offsets, xor"

then tap "offset"

then tap the offset you want, it will be copied to your clipboard

and sometimes, the address of value, always changes, so you cant use offsets

no, you dont. (in gameguardian, its always hexadecimal)
