game name is (Super Cannon: Never Cool Down) , and i want to open all 15 cannon . Any senior here please guide me ...how to do it ..

Gems are dword. Search your amount, spend or gain some, refine and edit to however many you want.

The level needed to unlock is also dword. Search the level needed (last cannon was 660), increment edit to find the correct value then edit to the level you're currently on.

If you find the last cannon (660) then all the others seem to be at offset 90 from each other.
