All items are simple dword edits. I provided a screenshot of where they all were in my GG. If you find the coin value and then do go to address you can change them all. You'll see the line below the coin value is a Multiplier. Changing that will make your coins a very high value. If you just wanted free in app purchases then Lucky Patcher works on this game too.
