Why does changing a value in the game return it back? Game angry birds space can not open all the levels

I think you'll find when values change back its because they are stored on the server. So you change it on your device but when it syncs with the server it will revert back to the correct value.

Because it's serversided, it automatically syncs even if you can manipulate values on your device.
