Steps:

1. Open both Tropical Stormfront - RTS, and GameGuardian.
   
2. Start a level, skirmish, or match.
   
3. Search your amount of money, then start/return to game.
   
4. Repeat step 3, with changing value (1500, 1450, 1400...), until you get the address.
   
5. Change address to whatever you want.
