Server sided game that can be hacked ( tried by myself )

hi so i changed money value then upgraded my items and chempions etc. then game said connection lost i restarted game and my money has been restored BUT, game saved what i upgraded from hacked money... lol,so can i change my items lvl?? it's client sided 100% if it's not resseting after connection lost, and if i can how.

Maybe it is not that server sided, server value are backup value?

There are many explanation to this.

Maybe luck? The server validated your change accidently?
