Change values that can’t be altered

Hi! I’m new using gg and I’m interested on knowing if there’s a way to change the value of 0 in the 0/400 section. 
these points can only be obtained once a week so I have no way of acquiring the points in order to do a “search and refine” to change them the rest of the week. 
 

anyone know if there’s a way to change it? I’d really appreciate the help, thanks in advance!

it allows you to skip time its a icon that looks like >> 

click it and enter your time to jump

I tried doing that by following some YouTube videos but it didn’t work.

what I did was select the game. Pause it (also tried without pausing). Select skip time button. Entered time to jump (I tried by enter the exact number of days to jump and also tried individual days and then clicked them one by one, still didn’t work). 

Any other ideas please?
