Finding camera tilt/angle values in tacticool

I want to find camera tilt / angle values for this game (Tacticool) so that i can chage it to look a little further in the map. Can you help me , How to find camera angle values ?

Also in this game ESP bar of enemy is visible but not behind the walls or obstacles, How to find and change those values too?
