I saw some scripts where GG searched the numbers so fast that you couldn't even see them.

Could someone tell me how this is possible and explain how it works

and how I can make it myself?

Depends on what the script search is based on.Group search scripts generally take time because script looks for that group of value in selected memory range.Local variables work faster than global.Also , address and pointers search is also fast.Lib modification scripts are also fast.So , basically it all depends on the person making the script what he is using in his script.
