Name of Cheat: Item dupe

Resources Needed: Titanium backup, internet connection

Steps:

1. Create a backup of your game

2. Enter multimode and send your desirable items through the mailbox to your own id

3. Restore your backup

4. Retrieve the items you have sent to youself

5. Enjoy the extra items

If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to ask me.

NOTE: This is quite an old game and I'm not sure if anyone had thought of this. A forum search came up with nothing.
