I've tried changing the ammo.

Just find the value (Dword) of the ammo, then freeze it.
when you get negative ammo, it shoots 4-5 bullets at the same time.

yea do that with rocket launcher = Rapid Firing Rocket Launcher = RFRL

What do you mean when you say "when you get negative ammo"?
