As far as I know, the highest digit.
For example. If I have 2 items (one digit amount), I can dupe them to 9 (one digit amount). Drop one, dupe again, pick up, and I have 10 (2 digits amount), then I dupe them to 99. Drop one, dupe again, pick up, and I have 100 (3 digits amount), etc. I have never get banned using this method.

Thank you! I'm probably doing something wrong since whenever I copy the value to an item I dropped, it disappears. I'm not sure I'm copying the correct value tho since it shows a negative value
