• Open both Bloons TD 5, and GameGuardian.
• On the main menu, before level selection, search your amount of money.
• Either go into a game, beat it, and get some more money, or spend some money.
• Go back to the main menu, and search your new amount of money.
• Repeat this process until you get 1 value.
• Change it to whatever you want.

Steps:

•  
• Open both Bloons TD 5, and GameGuardian.
• Start a level.
• Begin a Fuzzy search.
• Gain some more money, and press "Larger", or spend some money, and press "Smaller".
• Repeat step 4 until you get about 10 results.
• Keep changing values until they are all changed.
• Return to the game, and press start, and as soon as you pop some balloons, you  will have a ridiculous amount of money :
