I searched for the value 2013 using the encrypted value option. The first result was 17996. Last time I check 2013 ≠ 17996 Why is GameGuardian showing me values that I didn't search for?!

Because you search encrypted values. Uncheck this checkbox and search without it if you do not understand what is that.
