Help please

Hi I have a iPad and a iPhone and I have the game guardian tweak for Cydia ios9 and it has been working these past days but today it isn't working when I open it it says reboot your device so I do and when I click it again it says the same I've tryed to uninstall it and re install it but it keeps saying the same please someone help
