Steps:

1. Open both Desert Stormfront, and GameGuardian.
   
2. Start a mission in Campaign.
   
3. Search your amount of money before the game starts.
   
4. Start the game, and spend some money (you may have to capture a base first).
   
5. Search your new amount of money.
   
6. Repeat this process until you get 1-2 values. If you get 2 values, change the top value to whatever you want. If you get 1 value, change it to whatever you want.
