Dear Guys My Club is unable to launch any disasters even I have war cards, war items and full of energy. I have no idea what happened. Anyone knows how to fix that problem? Thank You

HI Guys, How are all doing? I hope everyone is very happy. :)P I need some favor. I did upgrade war card on simcity buildit but some of them did not go to the level it's suppose to be, I dont know how to fix it. I need some good advices ffrom you guys. Thank you so much DS
