How's it going for you guys that have existing account and added gems? So far I have had no problems at all still going on account that is 4 months old. Just play smart don't abuse hack or flaunt your castles or lands with max 4* Titans or have high player level and small level castle. Some douche bags make it their life mission to search us out and report us, you just jealous. Good luck.....

Ok guys yes I can confirm it is working. Now do like what has been said search for just gem amount. Then what I do is buy portal stones go back this will narrow the search to 3 most of the time. Ok change gem value to what you want. Then I changed to castle view go back to search and 1 of the 3 has been changed back to original gem amount ok so change it back and trash the other 2. Force close and log back on and should have your gems. Now the key is to play smart don't go wild spending gems ? fusing you will get banned. Take care and don't abuse the hack. Now I am playing on account that have had for months, curious if anyone else is doing this and how its going. So far no ban no problems. Good luck guys

I have tried your method 100x and no good does nothing. Maybe it's because I'm using an existing account that I play every day, but I used GG on it before the update.
