When you hack gems just make sure you buy an upgrade in the game and then return to the store to see the change. If you simply close and reopen the store the change won't show.

Only software you need is Game Guardian but you need to run it on a 64bit device. Won't work on a pc emulator. -

Again I'm not sure if you can. These values are stored in the Xa region and I don't know if there's a way to simply search and edit.

I have no idea if it's possible or how to do it on an emulator. Maybe someone else with more knowledge might be able to help you.

That sucks. Just made a 32bit version for you too. No idea if an emulator version can be made but in the dump they can be found as get_PassedLevels & CheckSkinUnlock.
