There is a much easier way
All you need to have for this is:
Pro:
-all upgrades cost only alloy
-even 'premium-ships' cost alloy
-once you reach level 2 you gain around >1,9 million alloy, more than you can ever spend
-idiot proof
Con:
-need to start a new game
-a root browser is needed
(like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jrummy.root.browser&hl=en)
-no network connection while playing
Steps:
1.
first of all make sure that the application is not running, use the taskmanager or an appkiller
2.
put your phone in airplane mode, do not connect to the internet or mobile data
3.
download the attached file,
4.
navigate to 'data/data/com.sexwaves.strikefleetomega/files/data/cache/appcache'
5.
delete everything within this folder and replace it with the downloaded files
6.
then start the game and have fun
When you want to reconnect the phone to the internet,
make sure that the app is not running, otherwise you have to
repeat the steps 3 - 6 and will eventually have to start all over again
Once you have unlocked all the content, you can connect to the internet without fear
