TUT Downloading & Using Modded APKs

I recently downloaded ffvi modded game and the obb files i put the files in the correct folder but the game wont go to the starting menu it just tries to download the file that i put on the sd card. any help would be awsome. os 4.1.2 rooted galaxy tab 3 7.0 Thanks in advance.
