It's still under testing (on some devices it works and some for not)

It works for certain toggles I'll show you one.

1. Click battle ( bottom left corner )

2. Click multiplayer find a opponent

3. Click mercenaries or Blessings 

4. buy the soldiers or blessings that has lesser or same amount of crowns you are needed to buy ( don't try buy the soldier or blessings that cost more crowns then you own it won't work )

5. Go back and check your crowns and you'll see that they have not been decreased.

NOTE: no crown decrease is still on beta and still won't work on all toggles.
