I'm trying to edit the roll so i can start with near max stats when creating a new character, but I am hitting a brick wall! maybe easier to hack the save states? any help is appreciated

Easier to export your game saves to PC and edit there...iirc they have it discussed on another site..not on PC ATM or I'd be able to give ya more info
