I know some people managed to get a full or partial refund. I just want to know what do you got to say cause they always end up saying this. "We are sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues with the game and other players. I understand that you would like a refund but I regret to inform you though that we're unable to process this. We're unable to process refunds if the gems are already spent, even partially. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope that you understand." Or "We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

We have read and understand your concern and we know where you are going from. However, please be advised that we clearly states our policy regarding on this matter on our terms of service under article 5 section d - return policy. We regret that we are unable to grant your request for refund in full or partial." Any help? I want to quit already bUT I already spent so much on this. Any help is appreciated

if you're talking about the refund scam, pretty sure you have to take it to google, not igg.
