Getting IGG in IOS?

Hello People

 

first of all im new here , im having a hard time finding an official guide on how to actually get IGG ON my IOS, iv searched the entire forum and cant find anything. i have signed up for VIP but have to wait or somthing as well as even paid $3 on here http://igameguardian.blogspot.com.au/ but im pretty sure thats a scam but i got the link from here 

 

anyways if i could get somone to point me in the right diraction on how to download and install from cydia, and the repo would be great.
