How can i get a car spec cheat in TUNING CLUB ONLINE?

I have been playing TCO for over a year, was seeing a few people reach speed of sound. I wanted to be one of them, found a speedhack script on YouTube. it was missing something, some timers were working based on the game speed, not the server's. it meant i was losing after other people crossed the finish line. I wanted to see if there is a gameguardian pro that knows how to make a TCO car hack, i've tried it but it kept returning normal.
