Cannot search the vaule

Hi guys,

 Im newbie and got confused when using GG.

 The GG is running well on my pc, i tried with some games and its working well.

 But for other games, when i start searching the value, the game has disappeared without any warning (the value still can be searched)

What should I do in this case???

What do you mean by 'dissapeared', is the game crash? close itself? or can't be found on GG?
