Hello, can someone advise me on whether it's possible to hack gems, coins, or hunting medals?

When I manage to modify the values, I can see the changes, but when I purchase them, I notice that I'm buying the unmodified values.

What am I doing wrong? Or is it already secured, and it doesn't work? Thank you in advance.
