How to make the projectile speed faster than normal

In a game i shoot the bullet into enemy but the bullet move so slow i want to make it faster

Often in online games the bullet speed is server sided. But which game is it?
Edit: I mean, the bullet speed may be sever sided or it could be the timing of amount of bullets that hit the target in a sercent time that could be server sided. But sometimes you can make it work.

The game is battle bay i have seen someone make the bullet move quickly so i think its possible to mod
