What would cause a game to change which Speedhack: Functions number used?

I've never had this happen before since I've been using GG. I have 2 games where the Speedhack stopped working on it, so I went into the Functions section, and had to change what I usually have selected from #6 under App, to #44 under Java. I haven't tried any other games yet to see if they have changed. What would cause this to happen?
