GameGuardian will not display correct search results on Android 13

youkezi

Question

I used GameGuardian on Android 9 inside an emulator, it works flawlessly. However, when I installed GG on my personal Android 13 device, it will not display correct search results. For instance, if I search "5" on Android 9 emulator, GG shows hundreds of results. However, on Android 13, it only shows 3 results. However, when I tried other memory editors, it displays correct number of results.

Any insights why this is happening would be appreciated!

Did You Try Using Different Memory Ranges, Maybe The Values Are Stored In A Diffrent Memory Range On Your Android 13?

Values being in different Memory Range in different devices is normal. It is good to have all Memory Ranges enabled (Green, Red, and Pink) and search your values (again). From there you can just create a script if there's only X number of result on certain Memory Range, the script will find it on another Memory Range.

OMG both of you thank you so much!!!!! I included other ranges and it worked like a charm!!

Which region configured in GG?

REGION_OTHER ?

If you are referring to "Select memory ranges" in settings, both emulator and my android 13 device are using default settings (i.e., Java heap, C++ heap, etc), and the last one selected is Anonymous. Neither had OTHER selected. I did notice on the emulator, the Ca: C++ alloc is much bigger than that region on my android 13 device (i.e., 187MB on emulator and 0b on Android 13). On the other hand, the Android 13 device has a much bigger Jh: Java heap (1.6GB on android 13 and 400mb on emulator). Could this be an issue with installation or my root? I tried re-install it a few times but the same issue persisted.
