It seems most of the games important currencies are kept on server and some are not which seems weird, and leads me to believe I may just not be looking in the right place. 

It is fairly simple to change the values of any items kept in your backpack, your gems, and mining ores. But anything kept in any other place is not able to be changed, for example anything in your Currencies & Minerals tab, your gear items and their values, and your own stats.

If anyone with a lot of experience can somehow crack how to get to these values it would be much appreciated although I am not hopeful.

Update: It would seem certain values may get your game suspended but I have not been able to predict which values.
