how to run code in an apk?

is there a way where i can run code inside of an apk, kind of a noob but i have c# code that could help me out alot but im just not sure how to run the code in this game

do you have the Original game codes ? 

then you can edit the codes within the android studios and may be then you can run your codes.

You can also run codes externally through Application Services or MainActivity Invokation, with your codes prebuilt as library.

What "run codes" exactly means here? Is it to trigger the codes from the game or you want to run your own codes for the game?
