Naruto x Boruto - Ninja Voltage - Hero card values

It's action strategy game where you can use shinobites (In-game currency) to pull cards for different heroes and then use those cards to power up your character (Gatcha game).

Since it an online game, Most of the stuff I have tried changing only changes the display value and not the actual value (Most likely fetching the state from a server), So i am not concerned with them but what i have noticed is that updating the character cards value can be achieved from the client side. While browsing online I came across a script which successfully does what i want and the script is straight forward, what i cannot figure out is from where did the author got the values.

So let's say i want this card

for this hero

Trying to figure it out from the last 3 days but no luck, any ideas on how can i pursue this ? Any help is appreciated.
