can i edit colors with GG?

is it possible to edit colors that pop up at random.  i want to edit the outcome not so much the color. is it possible make it so one color pops up everytime? 

 

saying i had to pick between two colors how can i edit the outcome of one of them to pop up everytime?

you can use np manager to change colors, edit the resources.arsc file, and find the thing that says color
