I watched some videos in this channel and it seems that he search for item id and change it to the desired id  (similar to item hack), to perform this kind of hacks: 
• if the game use unity games : dump the lib and search enum for items
• if the game a non unity game : search in it's inner file using mt file manger (recommended) 
• if the game is non unity game and it doesn't contain a file for items ids that means it fetch json data from server in this case you search it manually using fuzzy search and changed and unchanged value ( 70% it's DWORD ) if u find one item ID , in most cases the others IDs are close to it ( same range )
