Final fantasy VII edit items number and stats

Hi, i need to know how can I edit owned items numbers and stats, so far i managed to edit gil value, only what I want to do is slightly increase some stats and edit how many certain items i have. GG cant find those values for me.

GG don't have AI (artificial intelligence) off course can't do that.
