Obey Me! Server Side Assets

Hi!
I've been trying to find out how to do this for months now, but have genuinely come up with absolutely nothing.

I'd like to preface this by saying that I have already dug into the downloaded/downloadable files of the game as much as I am capable of doing; what I am looking for is server-side assets such as backgrounds and event banners, which aren't with the regular backgrounds in the game. 

I know this is possible, as I've seen a few people do it already. One was able to grab a banner for the game from a time where they hadn't played with just the file's name being told to them. 

Any help with this would be very much appreciated! 

The game is called Obey Me! Shall We Date? and is a mobile game.
