Got the same message after i updated to android 11. Idk whats happening tho. I use x8sandbox now its not the best imo but it does the job.

probably Android 11 & All latest version of Android has limitations on editing storages & the new thing they call "scoped storage" & also x8sandbox is not kind of comfortable vm(s) , if i recommend you , use VMOS but use custom rom & pro version , they still there be a virtual on Android 11 , but i don't know if i still can share it here , you might contact me on Telegram for further reply : @MrKendom
