Have limited knowledge about all this stuff been playing modern war and seeing others make money from cheats so thought I'd do the same .... I have managed to root my pad (omg what a headache) and also managed to get game to change value on main screen but won't hold or be able to spend any thoughts?

Haha, hello and welcome! Usually, if it is only changing the displayed value, that means there is another value that is the actual value that the game uses. For example, most games have 2 values. 1 is what you see, 1 is what the game sees. So we have to change both of them to successfully cheat the game. Sometimes, there is more than 2, sometimes there is 1. It depends.
