How can I transfer variables to pc

I am using rooted bluestack and I have correctly running ADB. I can do most things, screenshot and send events. Can I grab an address  straight to my computer using adb shell? This might need LUA script and I don't know how to do it.

 

I will appreciate it if someone can help me.
