Lua script WTF? help me

I was seeing some scripts and I came across it in the picture below what is this? Another kind of lua command or is it an encryption? If it was wanted to know how to leave the script normal for me to put this in my example scripts:

 

The script looks like this: pcall encode) 0D56D45678D090 .......

And I want it to look like this:

gg.menu ('test', 'test') etc.

 

Someone help me I'm still enthusiastic in scripting Thanks!

in the gameguardian app go to Settings> Other> Logcat View
