What cheat? Tokens
Have you tried cheating this game? What happened?:

999 troops easy to get by searching DWORD values for troops in a province then adding a troop during reinforcement stage and searching new value.
Comments:

Looking for any more tricks for this game. Token countdown timer would be a good one as you get one token (costs a token to play a game) every 8 hours. 

Any other ideas to hack I am willing to try suggestions

 

Also, any way to unlock the maps would be a good one, but may require offline only play... must investigate further...
